It is with great pride that I write to let you know that Stanford Brown has ranked number ONE in WRK+ 2022 Best Place to Work (<100 employees category).

As WRK+ expressed, Stanford Brown’s number one ranking shows that their people “feel engaged, included, and connected. They are inspired by their leaders and feel they are being listened to. They have access to technology and tools they need to succeed in this new hybrid world of work, they enjoy the work they do, and they feel connected to a bigger purpose.”

The study was conducted between September 2021 and June 2022 across nearly 60,000 workers and 127 organisations. It ranks Australia’s top employers according to two factors: a comprehensive employee engagement survey and an evaluation of our company’s benefits, internal policies & procedures, and culture.

At Stanford Brown, we walk our talk. Our people are our greatest asset across both our Private Wealth and specialist Benefits Advisory teams, the latter who advise leading corporate clients on these issues. We know what it is to be a top employer of choice, and we are confident that the work we do with progressive organisations will help them be one too.

A copy of the full 2022 Best Workplaces Report is attached here. As WRK+ note, “it is no wonder that the 2022 Best Places to Work are experiencing attrition rates 60% lower than the current national average.”

We aren’t perfect and will always have things to improve, however we are beyond proud of the path we are walking and look forward to our continued partnership with you.

Sincerely,

Vincent O’Neill
